The other day, I heard the still small voice clearly say “There were holes in your pocket but behold, the hand of Him that restores has them completely repaired and restored.” The voice echoed in the air; I knew it VERY WELL — it was none other but the voice of the Lord.
Many in the body of Christ have gone through a long drought and have been in desolation, debt and despair. I hear them crying “How long will the land mourn and the grass of every field wither?” The issue seems like perpetual; they have cried in secret; their eyes wept bitterly and run down with tears day and night. Deep darkness surrounds them, and endlessly, they are hoping and praying that not only His deliverance will unfold before them but witness His glorious light.
YOU have had battles and have gone exhausted physically, emotionally and spiritually. Now it’s even worse; you see yourself drained and sinking into a sea of financial trouble slowly. There has been drought and dryness in the land; you have thought that the Lord has doomed you forever. Your pocket, purse and bank account have holes; you have doubted in your heart that the God who delivered you before will keep His promises, deliver and settle you by His power.
Take heart, believers! Watch and listen with your spiritual ears. “I hear the sound of the abundance of rain! I see the floodgates of heaven open!” Watch and see for the hand of the Lord has opened the windows of heaven to send the autumn and spring rains in season, assuring you of the appointed time of harvest. Live in awe of Him, soldiers, and “be fully persuaded that God is able to do what He has promised.” (Romans 4:21)
Listen carefully, and you will hear His voice, the roaring blast of His glory that will cause you to roll and rumble. He will not leave you helpless or hopeless, but by your FAITH, PRAYER and DECLARATION, “He will let the blessings flow like a waterfall!” Your words have power, TREMENDOUS power; decree and declare His Word over your situation. Decree and declare it by faith, and watch and see the demonstration of the power of His blood and resurrection!
The drought is OVER; the holes in your pocket, purse and bank account have been repaired and restored by His hand completely. Listen and hear Him saying, “Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh; is there anything too difficult for Me?” (Jeremiah 32:27)
